In 2008, she made history when her resource center became the first non-profit to successfully obtain a partnership with the City of Raleigh.
In 1997 when God gave Apostle Shelia the vision for the J. T. Locke Resource Center, He also gave her the vision for ministry. At that time in her life, Apostle Shelia’s sole desire was to be a true Christian. During these formative years, God lead her to study the life and character of Christ. As she did, God began remolding her inner and outer life to make it conformable to the image of Christ. This change led her to begin serving others as Christ would. But Apostle Shelia had no idea God had placed a deeper calling on her life. Eventually, God caused her to bring to birth True Christian Ministries.
Having been found to be worthy of her calling, Dr. Frederick Frisbee, Bishop of Ambassadors for Christ International Ministries in Sanford, Florida ordained Apostle Shelia to the apostleship in 2007.
As the founding pastor of True Christian Ministries, Apostle Shelia’s life and walk continue to personify this faith-based ministry. She lives by the definition of faith in Hebrews 11:1. Apostle Shelia knows that her ministry was also developed of things not seen and steadfastly holds onto 1 Corinthians 2:9, which keeps her anchored through satan’s brutal attacks on her person and ministry.
Chosen from the womb to set Christ’s standard of truth, Apostle Shelia Alamin-Khashoggi is an uncompromising voice of truth proclaiming God’s word.
